Licensing
This page explains the permission VYORA grants you to use music generated through the platform, and where that permission ends.
Last updated: August 23, 2026
1. What this license is (and is not)
When you generate a track on VYORA, VYORA grants you a license — permission to use that audio under these terms. That permission is granted by VYORA under its Terms of Service. It is not a transfer of copyright ownership, and it is not a guarantee that copyright exists in the output or that you own it under the law of your country.
The license is non-exclusive and worldwide, and it applies for as long as you comply with the Terms. Other users may generate similar or comparable material.
2. License by plan
The rights attached to a track are fixed by the plan that was active at the moment the track was generated, and are recorded with the track.
Free
$0Personal and testing use only. No commercial use, and no license certificate is issued.
Creator
$12/ monthIncludes commercial use. A license certificate is issued for each track generated while this plan is active.
Permitted usage recorded on the certificate: Online content — YouTube, social media, podcasts, client content
Business
$69/ monthIncludes commercial use. A license certificate is issued for each track generated while this plan is active.
Permitted usage recorded on the certificate: Business & venue use — cafés, restaurants, hotels, stores, offices, physical venues
Purchased credit packs add generation capacity only. They never change your plan, never grant Business status, and never upgrade the license attached to a track.
3. Personal use
Under every plan, including Free, you may listen to your generated tracks, download them and use them privately — for personal listening, study, drafts, testing and non-public projects.
4. Commercial use
On plans that include commercial use, you may use generated tracks in work that earns revenue or promotes a business, for example background music in a venue, advertising and marketing material, products and apps you publish, and paid client work.
Commercial use is not permitted on the Free plan.
5. Social media and video
On plans that include commercial use, generated tracks may be used as background audio in video and audio content on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts and livestreams, including monetised channels.
Third-party platforms run their own content-identification and AI-content policies. VYORA cannot control or guarantee how those systems classify your upload.
6. Distribution and streaming
Releasing generated tracks through distributors or streaming services is permitted only under a plan that includes commercial use, and only where the distributor and the platform allow AI-generated music. Because the license is non-exclusive, you must not enrol generated tracks in any content-ID, royalty-collection, sync-exclusivity or rights-management programme that requires exclusive ownership.
7. Client and project work
Under a commercial plan you may use generated tracks inside deliverables you produce for clients. You may pass on the right to use the track as part of that specific deliverable, but you may not sub-license, resell or transfer the generated audio as a standalone music asset or stock library item.
8. Restrictions
- Do not resell, redistribute or license the generated audio on its own, including as stock music, samples, sound packs or AI training data.
- Do not use generated tracks in unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, deceptive or fraudulent material.
- Do not present the audio in a way that misleads listeners about its origin where honesty is legally required.
- Do not claim rights you do not hold — you must not register generated tracks as exclusively yours, or assert ownership or exclusivity against other users or against VYORA.
- Do not attempt to bypass credit, quota, payment or access controls to obtain or use generated audio.
9. Third-party rights
You are responsible for everything you combine the audio with — video, images, brands, voices, lyrics and other recordings — and for any prompt content you submit. Do not submit prompts that ask for a specific artist’s, label’s or rights holder’s protected material, and do not use generated tracks in a way that infringes anyone’s intellectual-property, publicity or privacy rights.
Generation is performed through a third-party AI music provider, and your use is also subject to that provider’s rules as applied through this license.
10. AI-generated content considerations
Copyright protection for AI-generated output is unsettled and differs between countries. In some jurisdictions material generated without sufficient human authorship may not be protected at all. VYORA makes no representation that a generated track is protectable, that you own it, or that it is unique. Where a platform, distributor or client requires disclosure of AI-generated content, disclosure is your responsibility.
11. VYORA’s rights
VYORA retains all rights in the platform itself — the website, the studio, the player, artwork templates, branding and underlying software. VYORA processes prompts, generation records and usage data as needed to operate, secure, support and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. VYORA may suspend a license granted under this page where the Terms are breached.
