Privacy Policy
This policy describes the information VYORA handles when you use the website, the AI Studio and your account, and how that information is used.
Last updated: August 23, 2026
1. Information you provide
- Account information — the email address you register with, and profile details you choose to save on your profile.
- Authentication information — your password is handled by VYORA's authentication provider and is stored by that provider in hashed form; VYORA does not receive or store your plaintext password. Sign-in sessions are kept in your browser so you stay signed in.
- Prompts and generated content — the text prompts you submit in the AI Studio, the generation status and any provider error, the resulting audio files, track titles and the artwork reference selected for each track.
- Transaction and credit records — your plan and subscription state, purchase records, the credit ledger of grants, deductions, refunds and revocations, and the identifiers issued by the payment processor for your customer, subscriptions and checkout sessions.
2. Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and billing portal pages and are handled by Stripe as the payment processor. VYORA does not receive or store full card numbers. What VYORA stores is the payment processor’s identifiers and the resulting purchase, subscription and credit records needed to give you the right access and history.
3. Automatically collected information
Operating the service involves standard technical data such as requests to VYORA’s servers and to the hosting and backend platforms it runs on, including error and diagnostic logs used to keep the service working and secure.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
VYORA uses browser storage and cookies that are necessary to run the service — chiefly to keep you signed in and to maintain your session. These are not used for advertising profiling.
VYORA does not set advertising or marketing cookies, and does not embed third-party tracking pixels.
5. Analytics
VYORA does not use a third-party analytics or user-tracking product. The only usage information produced is the operational and diagnostic logging described above, which is used to keep the service working and secure.
6. How information is used
- To create and maintain your account and keep you signed in.
- To run music generation, track its status, store the finished audio and show it in your library.
- To apply plan allowances, purchased credits, quotas and licensing entitlements correctly.
- To process purchases, subscription changes and refunds through the payment processor.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose faults.
- To respond to support requests you send.
7. Service providers
VYORA relies on third-party providers to operate: a backend platform for the database, authentication and file storage; Stripe for payments and billing; an AI music provider that receives your prompt in order to render the audio; and hosting infrastructure that serves the site. These providers process data on VYORA’s behalf for those purposes.
8. Sharing
VYORA does not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the providers above so the service can function, or where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service.
9. Security
Account data is protected by database-level access rules so that your tracks, licenses, orders, subscription records and credit balances are readable only by your account. Generated audio is kept in a private storage bucket and is served through short-lived signed links rather than public URLs. Privileged operations such as granting credits or activating a plan run only server-side, and are performed only after a verified payment webhook. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Data retention
Account, track, license, purchase and credit-ledger records are retained while your account exists, because they determine what you are entitled to and provide your purchase history. Financial and transaction records may be retained longer where required for accounting or legal obligations.
When you ask for your account to be deleted, account data and generated tracks are removed, except for records that must be kept to meet accounting, tax or other legal obligations.
11. Deleting your account or data
You can request deletion of your account and its associated data. Self-service deletion is not currently available in the interface, so requests are handled through support. Some records may be retained where required by law or to complete financial obligations.
12. International processing
VYORA’s providers operate infrastructure in multiple countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live.
Where information is transferred internationally, it is transferred on the basis of the safeguards offered by the relevant provider under its own data-processing terms.
13. Children’s privacy
VYORA is not intended for children. Accounts should not be created by anyone under the minimum age set out in the Terms of Service. If we learn that an account belongs to a child below that age, it may be removed.
14. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the service changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of VYORA after an update means the revised policy applies.
15. Contact
You can reach us through the account page in VYORA, or by replying to the receipt email sent by our payment processor after a purchase.
